By accompanying me for site visits, you agree to the following RERA-compliant terms:
1. Agent & Project Compliance
- I am a duly registered RERA agent (details above).
- Only RERA-registered projects are shown. Project RERA number & documents available on request.
2. No Obligation
- Site visit is only for viewing purpose.
- You are not obliged to book, buy, or pay anything.
3. Complete Transparency
- Full details of area, price, possession, approvals, charges, and encumbrances will be shared.
- All documents entitled under RERA will be provided.
- No misleading statements (Section 10(c) compliant).
4. Safety & Conduct
- Follow site safety rules. Transportation (if provided) is free and non-binding.
5. Brokerage (Only if transaction happens)
- No charges for visits. Brokerage applies only on successful booking/purchase through me.
- If you buy the same property directly or via another agent within 6 months, standard brokerage remains payable.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any issue will be resolved amicably first, then via State RERA Authority.
7. Acceptance
By proceeding with the site visit, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

We are committed to protecting your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws.
- Data Collected: Name, phone, email, and any details you share via form/call/WhatsApp.
- Purpose: To show suitable RERA projects, schedule visits, and share brochures/pricing.
- Sharing: Only with the concerned builder (with your consent) for booking. We never sell your data.
- Storage: Securely stored and deleted after 3 years of no activity or on your request.
